One of the reasons why people suffer from memory trouble is because there have been few Assistive Technology (AT) to deal with them. Therefore, I have been developing many low-tech ATs for many years such as memo-pads, calendars & others, check forms, assistive clothing Some of them are introduced in the left column.
As for the ATs using middle-tech (commercially available devices) or high-tech ATs, please see my book "Rehabilitation for MCI and Dementia: Using Assistive Technology to Support Daily Activities, published by Union press in February 2022.
I have also developed the various tools/interventions related to memory impairments,
dementia,
dysphagia,
frailty etc.
as well as an idea of dementia-assistance dog carrying ICTs.
