Lifting a leg in four directions during teeth-brushing

I used to love watching sumo wrestling and would sometimes imitate the shiko Exercises. Eventually, I wondered why they only did the left and right shiko Exercises, so I started raising my legs back and forth as well. I also figured out that if I did it while brushing my teeth, I could do it two or three times a day.

On the other hand, at work, I experienced that elderly people who came to the outpatient clinic for memory loss often fell down. When they fall, they tend to be bedridden and their cognitive abilities tend to decline.

So, I thought that if they did this exercise while they were still in good health, it would reduce the risk of them falling even when they got older, so I uploaded it on you tube.

I've been doing it with my hands free, but it took me 6 or 7 years to get my legs up to this level. So, at first, please do not try to lift your legs forcibly, hold a handrail, do it in a wide place, and be careful not to fall.

There are various exercises for the elderly, but they are too gentle for the general public and require special time for them. This is because it is difficult even for young people, so it gives them a sense of accomplishment when they are able to do it, and since they do it in conjunction with their daily routine, they do not need to make special time for it.

I asked a ballerina I know to perform, but she refused, so I will demonstrate it myself. I'm embarrassed to say that my legs are not stretched out nicely.
