Squatting while reading a newspaper

At the outpatient clinic for memory loss, I have seen many elderly people and people with dementia who fall. Recently, various exercises have been proposed to prevent elderly people from falling. However, most of them are not suitable for elderly people and they do not motivate them to do them early on. However, we have to take the time to do these exercises.

 So, what I thought of was that for young people, there is a load, that is, it stimulates their motivation to achieve, and furthermore, by incorporating it into their daily activities, it can become a habit.

 

 This is why I came up with this newspaper reading squat exercise.
